Job Tasks (Duties) Greeting guests Serving food and beverages to guests Taking guests food and beverage orders Bringing them the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages as needed Set up and break down of event Accommodate all guests by circulating the room during service Answering guest questions and accommodating special requests Provide guests with an excellent banquet experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years banquet service experience Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, bend, stretch upwards of 8 hours Able to lift upwards of 25 lbs
