Right now, we are hiring dynamic individuals to help us with our Grand Reopening! These individuals have the unique opportunity to prove themselves and be promoted quickly to leadership positions. If you think you have what it takes, read on!This job starts on April 6th. What you will do You'll host birthday parties for children, including setup, cleanup, and attending to the party. You'll play a visible role in exceeding our guest’s expectation though design, delivery and guest service You'll prepare the banquet room for the event You'll set up, maintain and replenish multiple buffet lines You'll serve guests, and perform post event clean up You'll communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated You'll anticipate guest's needs. Be alert of guest signals and acknowledge the guest You'll remove dishes and glasses from tables and take to kitchen for cleaning You'll perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked Perks Flexible Schedule Leadership that cares about your personal growth and development. Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Must have a well-groomed and neat appearance. Must be able to maintain good guest relations - outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude. Must enjoy working in a team atmosphere. Must have patience with children. Must be able to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions. Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly. Must have the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
