The ideal candidate should have a strong business and entrepreneurial sense, be proactive, and possess excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.Duties:Provide legal counsel and support to clients on banking and finance matters.Assist in structuring, negotiating, and drafting finance-related agreements and documents.Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws, regulations, and industry trends.Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and transactional matters.Participate in due diligence processes and review documents for financing transactions.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.Handle client communications, meetings, and negotiations efficiently and professionally.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Arizona State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.3-5 years of experience practicing banking and finance law.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Proactive approach with exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Arizona State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.Skills:Extensive experience in banking and finance law.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Proactive and self-motivated with exceptional communication skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
