Imaging Management Skill / Role: Image Management , Relevant Experience: 5+yrs in Image Management, Qualification : Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain operating system images, driver packages and task sequences in SCCM or MDT Security update management using SCCM or WSUSWorking knowledge of OS deployment using SCCM & MDTWindows Imaging & OS Deployment Customizing and creating WIM images, Exposure in ImageX, Windows PE, WAIK,ADK, Windows ICD & DISM toolsRequires detailed knowledge of Windows (Win 7/XP/VISTA/Windows 8/ Windows 10), windows registry, Applications, and computer drive imaging technologies and client platforms and related hardware.Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in an environment conducive to the specificationsApplying modifications and customizations to the OS through registry modificationsDevelop/create and maintain Windows 10 and later desktop PC and laptop images, integrate and test software applications and upgrades, package and deploy base image and applications via SCCMDevelop and deploy scripting and automation for image and application deployment/operational and maintenance in support of production systems and workstations, including batch and PowerShell scripting, PXE, .msi development and modificationKnowledge of BitLocker and EncryptionDeveloping utilities and processes to optimize images and installation procedures Develop and document design specification and build processesTroubleshooting/debugging software and hardware problems related to the operating system or supporting applications, drivers, and services.Full Understanding of downloading and deploying software updates using SCCM 2012, CreatingPackages, Applications, Task sequences. Experience in creating and providing SCCM database report.Knowledge Microsoft Office and Office 365 Proplus Product suites and administration Deploying SCCM OSD Task SequencesKnowledge of Azure AD and Azure domain joinDefine/test and certify client computing hardware standards and configuration for end usersSecurity hardening for Windows client operating systemsKnowledge to use Group Policy and System Center Configuration Manager to centrally deploy changes throughout the environmentGood Knowledge of Windows 10 operating systemSolving Level 2 ticketsTechnical Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Good Command on SCCM 2012 or later versionsExperience in Handling Windows Imaging ProjectGood Command on ImageX or DISM tool, Dell KaceMicrosoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT 2013) ,WDS,ADK, WAIK, Windows Imaging and Configuration DesignerApplication Compatibility Toolkit Windows System Image Manager OSCDIMG, BCDBoot, etcWindows Reinstallation Environment User State Migration Tool(USMT) Windows 7/8.1/10/2008R2/2012R2Backup and Disaster Recovery SolutionsNetworking concepts including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc Soft Skills Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) Good documentation skills Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio) Should have a great customer handling skills Able to handle unforeseen situations Ability to communicate technical issues clearly in person, on the telephone and in written documents Good problem analysis and problem solving skills Strong customer focus and good teamwork skills Other Skills / Experience Experience in Linux/Unix platforms installation & imaging.Experience in software development, processes, and methods QA/Software Testing/Troubleshooting experience.
