Key Responsibilities: Clinical backssment and Treatment Patient Care and Rehabilitation Multidisciplinary Collaboration Clinical Leadership Education and Training Documentation and Reporting Quality Improvement Specific Skills/Experience/Training Required: Must be a driver / access to own vehicle Community experience Urgent care experience Working as a Band 6 currently Must have UK/NHS experience Ability to work alone and to own initiative Role can cover wide variety of things from Neuro - Respiratory - Hospital avoidance.
