The YMCA of Northern Colorado has openings for experienced Ballet Instructor at our Boulder branch. If you build community wherever you go and have a knack for inspiring, motivating and encouraging others to in their pursuit of dance and movement, you will fit in well with our talented and diverse team of health and wellness pros. As a YMCA instructor you'll provide excellent service to members in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement. Requirements/Certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED, national certification (ACE, NETA, AFAA, NASM) in group fitness instruction At least one year of experience teaching group exercise classes preferred We intend to offer multiple classes from ages preschool to adult. Salary $30/hour based on experience and availability. This position is part time, we have both seasonal and year-round opportunities. We offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff (Spanish and English). OUR BENEFITS ROCK. If you work 20+ hours a week, your benefits grow from there. Sick time is earned from day 1, and we make contributions of 10% of your salary to the YMCA Retirement Fund for eligible staff.
