We are currently seeking a Azure Cloud SRE Engineer : HYBRID or REMOTE to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US:GA), United States (US). Duties/Responsibilities:: Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large:scale distributed software applications : Resolve and fix production incidents involving site availability, service disruptions.: Complete user requests including user access requests, system config changes, reports, etc: Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health : Improve reliability, quality, and time:to:market of our suite of software solutions : Analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast:paced environment. : Log all service request and incident details : Respond to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process : Prioritize incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business : Automate the Service requests that happen frequently thus improving business and operational efficiency. Basic Qualifications : :Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification or professional experience.:5+ years of Azure Cloud infrastructure experience in a mission:critical environment:5+ Experience with production infrastructure as an SRE (DevOps engineer or production engineer) Other Desired Skills: :Self:disciplined, self:managed, self:motivated, and strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive:Systematic problem:solving and troubleshooting skills.:Proficiency in PowerShell scripting language.:Excellent communication skills working with stakeholders and domain experts across the company to design solutions to user problems.:Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.:Candidate is required to work in EST time zone Desired Programming Skills: :Microsoft .Net / react JS:Microsoft Azure Services Knowledge:Microsoft SQL Server:Grafana, Kibana, Octopus, Bamboo:Scripting (PowerShell) INDHCLSMC Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 81,900 : 170, This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
