Permanent schedule Saturday/Sunday 1200-2330 Pay Rate: $ 15.74 / Hr A positive and dynamic environment Opportunity for advancement in the security industry Ongoing training and development Full uniform Site accessible by public transportation and site parking provided What does an Aviation Terminal Security Guard do? Providing uniformed, physical security to our client and its customers/visitors Keeping a record of visitors/ employees/ contractors entering the plant through security office. CCTV surveillance looking for possible threats on different sites Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations Complete daily reports and incident reports Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterrent, and report writing/note taking. Liaising with visitors, customers. and the public on a consistent basis Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors Qualifications to be become Aviation Terminal Security Guard in Winnipeg? Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience similar setting will be an Asset Valid Manitoba Security License RAIC would be an Asset but not Mandatory Must have been in Canada for 5 years legally to obtain a RAIC Customer service oriented Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful and fast -paced environment Flexible to work longer shifts due to flight delays.
