Neil Huffman Automotive Group is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to work in our Corporate Office. This is a Full Time position Monday-Friday. Job Duties Include: Answer telephones and take messages for specific people as assigned Transfer calls to the correct store/department Prepare outgoing mail for delivery Sort, and route incoming mail Type correspondence, forms and other documents as assigned Assist the Owners, HR Director, Compliance Officer and Marketing Director Data Entry Handle confidential information Professional appearance Assists with recruitment and interview process Assist scheduling meetings and interviews Make photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions File papers and documents into appropriate employee files All other duties assigned by HR Director Requirements: Organized Data Entry Skills Dependable Ability to handle confidential information Good communication skills We Offer: Health Dental 401K Life Short term disability Paid Vacation Direct Deposi t Pay based on experience.
