GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY LL Flooring is looking for a data-driven Specialist, Marketing Automation to help build and execute email & SMS automation and personalization strategies driving the company's continued growth in Retail and eCommerce. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive large scale, highly visible and cross-functional projects across different teams. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Execute the day-to-day management, production, testing, and scheduling of automated email, mobile, and direct mail campaigns per the marketing strategy. Conduct day-to-day campaign-level analyses to support marketing automation efforts. Setup and execute A/B testing based on the strategic testing plan. Analyze campaign insights, provide recommendations, and measure performance of campaigns to support marketing automation and personalization strategy Build personalization modules and dynamic content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Marketing cloud Personalization (MCP). Setup automations, campaigns, and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Leverage data to execute the management of all email, mobile, and direct mail campaigns. Setup and manage all automations and journeys between Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Personalization. Understand and have a working knowledge of customer/transactional level data Act as an application owner, subject matter expert, and cross-functional liaison Partner with creative, development, eCommerce, and leadership to identify and align on user experiences and/or test cases. Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable information Demonstrate sound judgment by making effective decisions consistent with department strategy and company policies and being able to support decisions with facts and details Self-motivating to set and achieve challenging goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting information and ideas and responding to questions from co-workers, vendors, clients and customers POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education: BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related areas from accredited four-year college or university, required Related Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications: 2-5 years' experience in email, mobile, SMS, direct mail, marketing automation, and personalization Computer Skills / Special Equipment Knowledge: Hands on experience working in Salesforce Marketing platforms. Knowledge and experience in email, SMS, and direct mail marketing. Knowledge of Java, html, CSS, AMPscript, SQL (highly preferred). Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret data effectively to provide insight. Knowledge of email, mobile, basic personalization, and database marketing concepts (such as segmentation). Understands the Salesforce ecosystem and the data integrations between each platform a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, processes, and efforts effectively. Proficient at all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
