With Bull Moose's 8 North American operational manufacturing sites and its headquarters located in St. Louis, Missouri, we offer an excellent career opportunity for an Automation Technician located in our Casa Grande, AZ site. Job Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be capable of performing the duties of an Automation Engineer including but not limited to: Troubleshoot the plant automation systems to support daily production while maintaining knowledge of the following: Rockwell Automation ControLogix, CompactLogic controllers and Logix 5000 programming software PowerFlex 700 and 500 series drives EtherNet IP networking PanelView ME and SE experience Rockwell Flex and Point I/O Systems Motion Controls ControLogix and MO2E motion modules Yaskawa MP2300IEC Fluid Power Experience Pneumatic Hydraulic Responsible for the overall well-being & improvement of existing automation systems utilizing the following: Autocad to document and update existing systems RSLogix 5000 and 500 to modify existing programming FactoryTalk View ME and SE to modify existing PanelView programs Assist Maintenance Manager with mechanical and electrical projects Assist Automation Engineer with control system projects Education and Experience: Associates degree in related technical field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability & willingness to support off-shift operations via phone and/or directly onsite when required Knowledge of the following systems or similar systems: Autocad RSLogix 5000 & 500 FactoryTalk View ME & SE ControLogix & CompactLogic PowerFlex Rockwell Flex and Point I/O Systems Bull Moose Tube (BMT) and its affiliated companies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
