Auto Loan Underwriter $500 Signing Bonus Base Pay + Monthly Incentive Bonus with Total Compensation $50k and higher Clearwater, FL - Onsite Mid Atlantic Finance is looking to hire an extremely detailed, efficient, full-time Auto Loan Underwriter for this position at our Clearwater, FL headquarters. If you describe yourself as bright, friendly, yet professional, we are looking for you! Someone who works well with co-workers and has strong computer and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish, desired but not required. We are looking for an individual who is professional, pleasant with an outgoing personality. Be willing to learn new ideas, procedures, and concepts. Work in a fast paced environment with customers and automobile dealers. Prior auto loan underwriting experience is preferred. Schedule and conduct interviews on all potential loan applicants timely. Review customer applications and credit, negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and dealers advance. Consistently communicates with customers and automobile dealers to obtain necessary information. Verifications. Assist with customer service, updating customer files & accounts Telephone and email inquiries, create and maintain filing systems Additional tasks as needed What You'll Need: Excellent customer service skills - cheerful, helpful, etc. Good time management and strong attention to detail Organized, ability to multitask and work independently Resolve problems and resolve difficult situations for customers using all available resources.
