<p><strong>Yoder and Frey is an established and steadfast auctioneer of industrial, plant, construction and agricultural equipment with sites in Florida, Ohio and Texas.</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Yard Manager for our site in Kissimmee, FL. The Yard Manager is responsible for all yard operations and for ensuring all facilities are in place and all items are suitably prepared before each sale.</p><p><strong>The Job</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all yard operations to ensure the smooth running of all auctions.</li><li>Oversee the booking in of all auctions stock ensuring accuracy of descriptions and correct procedures are followed.</li><li>Safe coordination and control of all loading and unloading activities.</li><li>Ensure all auction stock is suitably prepared for sale, photographed, and displayed on the company website.</li><li>Manage and coordinate the workloads of all yard staff and subcontractors.</li><li>Liaise with the marketing team to ensure all equipment is photographed.</li><li>Resolve any stock related issues.</li><li>Liaise with customers and haulers on suitable delivery and collection times.</li></ul><p> </p>
