Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. Responsibilities: • Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation• Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary• Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish• Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary• A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required• Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued• Computer proficiency is essential• State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly About Company: What We Do for You: Competitive payOpportunities for growth and advancementBonus and Incentive payPaid holidaysTeam outings and sponsored events401(k)Free Parking Determined to achieve the best results and provide the highest level of legal expertise, we were formed with one goal in mind: justice for clients.
