As a Workers' Comp Attorney, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional legal representation to clients in various workers' compensation cases. You will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys and support staff to advocate for the rights and interests of injured workers. This role demands a thorough understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations, coupled with the ability to navigate complex legal proceedings. Responsibilities: Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Provide legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and options in workers' comp claims. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build compelling cases. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive client representation. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal guidance. Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients. Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable outcomes on behalf of clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of California. Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law. Strong understanding of California workers' compensation laws and regulations. Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills. Proven track record of successful client representation in workers' comp cases. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
