Salary - 100k to 175k (end of year bonus ½ months salary & discretionary spot bonuses)Medical, dental, visionFree parkingFully onsiteThey do not have set billable hours as they are a plaintiff firm but generally spend 8 hours a day in the officeThere is some travel throughout the country as they have national cases.100% plaintiff personal injury and includes a mix of single event and mass tort dockets.Requirements:● Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas● 3+ years of personal injury experience● Able to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docket● Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process● Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case● Depose parties and fact and expert witnesses● Draft and argue motions● Superior analytical issues and ability to analyze complex issues● Strong written and oral communication skills● Ability to work within a fast-paced environment● Ability to work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and from time to time travel as required for trial or pre-trial requirements● First Chair or Second Chair Trial Experience● Bilingual Preferred but not requiredPowered by JazzHR
