Who We Need The Atlassian Consultant works with end users, program leaders, and scrum masters to complete the work required in Jira and Confluence. They will also assist with help ticket requests from Space Force Digital Engineering Environment (DEE) end users. This individual will support Jira board creation, granting access to appropriate team members, Confluence Space pages and dashboards. They will occasionally assist the helpdesk team with account provisioning, coordination of issue resolution, communication with end users on issue resolution status, help desk metrics tracking, and end user community of practice coordination. The Atlassian Consultant will operate in an unclassified environment via telework, may be required to access classified networks on a U.S. military base, and will be responsible for responding to email, phone and website submitted requests and will attend & contribute to the daily standup. What You'll Do Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Train users on the use of Jira/Confluence Setup boards and spaces in Jira/Confluence for new programs Develop video and confluence content for common workflows with Jira/Confluence Assist in ad hoc questions from programs for Jira/Confluence Be the liaison for the Jira/Confluence vendor Help train new employees in the use of Jira/Confluence Other Duties as assigned Receive / Document trouble tickets Analyze trouble tickets and assign as appropriate Track trouble tickets to resolution Document and communicate trouble ticket resolution Support end user account provisioning and decommissioning Support periodic end user familiarization for general environment access and navigation Track and report on help ticket metrics Your Qualifications Required Experience using the Atlassian Collaboration Toolset Experience using Jira boards and Confluence Spaces Ability to clearly document issues Strong spoken and written English skills Ability to collaborate with teammates and seek innovative solutions Ability to present training to groups via teleconference Experience delivering presentations to clients US Citizen Must be able to obtain CompTIA Security + Certification within 90 days of hire Must have or be able to obtain a Top Secret DoD Clearance Desired Experience building MS Office documents and briefings Bachelor's Degree Air Force/Space Force experience DevSecOps experience Equal Opportunity Employer including Disability and Veterans Sabel Systems is committed to the health and safety of all employees and encourages the COVID vaccination.
