This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm PST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2720 N Tenaya Way Las Vegas, NV 89128.Primary Responsibilities: Researching errors by comparing enrollment error reports against system information along with CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) recordsSending correspondence to members or CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) to gather information or provide updates for correctionsReconciling reportsPerforming basic clerical functions with proficient PC skillsAnalytical and Researching techniques to trend or quantify projectsInitiate and assist with developments/changes to increase or change quality and productivityPreparing, processing, and maintaining new member or group enrollmentsResponding to member eligibility or group questions & verify enrollment statusWorking with various types of member correspondenceReconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing transactional data & submitting retroactive eligibility changesInventory control of member and group transactions dashboard and package development to team members and management as needed You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: High school diploma / GED OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job dutiesComputer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and strong mouse and keyboarding skills6+ months experience with Enrollment or Eligibility in a Healthcare or Government environmentMust be 18 years of age or olderAbility to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am - 5:00pm PST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Nevada residents is $16.00 - $31.44 per hour.
