What You'll Do: You will be joining our medical team and be involved in everything from providing care for our clients and their pets, to contributing your own thoughts on ways to improve how we deliver our best care and service to the families in our community each and every day. Excellent communication and client education skills. Experienced in dentistry and general surgery. Able to support patients with traditional therapies and open integrative therapies practices by other veterinarians and staff. Willing to partner with clients to create strong client bonds and optimal patient care. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cases. Proficiency with electronic medical records. Business and leadership skills or interest in developing these skills. Integrative veterinary experience, or wiliness to learn. The ability to inspire and train a service-oriented staff in partnership with practice owners. Are you ready to start a new journey with us?? Compensation: We are offering an excellent experience-based compensation and benefits package, with the opportunity to join and grow with a successful AAHA-certified veterinary practice in a new state-of-the-art facility. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
