We are currently seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Talent Acquisition department to help support our recruiting activity. What you’ll do: Partner with internal TA team and external vendors to manage full life-cycle recruiting process for various business units. Interface with third party vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule phone interviews, video conference interviews, and onsite interviews. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers. Maintain and track candidate pipelines in a web-based applicant tracking system. Liaise with business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates. Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from the ATS to highlight recruiting activity per job and department. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Must maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information What you’ll bring: Two or three years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role Prior experience with a web-based applicant tracking system Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel with regards to reporting.
