We currently have a job opening for an Assembler of Retail Displays & Packaging Summary The Associate Product Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining TropiClean, Naturel Promise, Urine Off, and Texture Theory product lines. This position works closely with the members of m arketing department , sales, sales support, and operations to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals. The Associate Product Manager is also responsible for adhering to and promoting Cosmos values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company. Primary Responsibilities · Helps aid in developing key documentation to support product development including VSR (Vision, Scope, Requirements), business plans, and a comprehensive direction to support product line and higher-level portfolio growth. · Helps to assist in product line strategic plan, overall product roadmap, customer personas and value engineering. Maintains product lines in Jira product management software. · Manages reporting process for sales, and other financial performance measures related to product lines. · Supports sales efforts in various distribution channels including development of training material, technical and sales promotional literature and competitive analysis. · Helps to execute conduct basic analysis of findings, financial analysis on New Product Development and project-based budgeting. · Participates on product development teams, company alignment, defined management systems, alignment activities, store walks and warehouse walks. · Assist in developing distribution priorities and plans. · This is a hybrid position and is expected to work in the office 60% of the week. · Other tasks as assigned. Education Requirement Bachelor's Degree in business-related disciplines. Experience Two plus years of related work experience in the consumer products industry. Physical Requirements Sit for extended periods, stand, walk, talk, use arms and hands, visual and hearing abilities. Competencies · Strong presentation skills · Organizational skills · Detail-oriented · Interpersonal skills Equipment Used Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, LUCID, Power BI, and CSI. Other office equipment.
