Provide assistance to the Senior Pastor in leading the congregation. Prepare and deliver sermons for early morning services. Publish sermons and worship services via broadcasts and videos. Lead and take charge of various church meetings and disaster relief and community ministries. Lead praise and worship services on Wednesday evening services. Visit hospitals and church members and provide spiritual counseling to congregants in person or by phone. Hold office hours for counseling.
