We are professional,engaging, and collaborative. We are currently seeking an experienced andprofessional Litigation Attorney with two or more years of experience to joinour dynamic team. This attorney will handle civil defense cases in: Premises liability Negligent security Insurance bad faith Wrongful death Medical malpractice Commercial disputes Business litigation and more You will havethe opportunity to build your skill set, including conducting depositions,drafting, and arguing motions, and interacting with clients, A collegial,open-door atmosphere fosters a strong sense of teamwork and community whileallowing attorneys to work independently. The Henderson-based firm providesexcellent work/life balance. Responsibilities: Research and evaluate facts and law to prepare for trial. Maintain and develop client relationships by obtaining necessaryinformation, responding to client questions, and discussing case status. Consult with clients about the action to be taken or the decision to bemade in a particular situation. Negotiate agreements and formulate alternative dispute resolutionstrategies. Provide legal advice on business transactions. License/CertificationRequired: * Bar (is required) SupplementalPay Types: * Statured/non-discretionary bonus pay, based on revenue generated. Paidout on a quarterly basis.
