We're looking for an individual with expertise in Project Management and a passion for problem-solving to join our Data Strategy and Enabling team. Accountabilities: As part of our team, you'll be driving key strategic data/systems based initiatives, standardizing processes, ensuring data quality, and enhancing portfolio delivery. You'll serve as a key point of contact for all capacity management reporting tools, training and process support. Your excellent problem-solving skills and interest in troubleshooting will be essential in maintaining the integrity and quality of portfolio data. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within Project Management or related area required. 5+ years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process. Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and data management expertise. Experience of Project Management, Portfolio and Capacity Management, analytics, and modelling in a drug development environment. Experience of resource forecast modelling and analysis. Ability to assimilate complex information and identify key issues and messages. Highly numerate, supported by strong computing skills. Experience of working effectively in global teams in an international environment. Experience of communicating complex information in both verbal and written form. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Self-starter requiring little oversight or prioritization support. Strong customer focus. Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines. Experience in Planisware, Power BI, Business Objects.
