The candidate should preferably have knowledge of insurance coverage analysis, bad faith, construction defect, construction and transportation litigation, and/or product liability. Should have 1+ year of experience practicing law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Must be a member in good standing with the New Jersey Bar and Pennsylvania Bar and licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Providing consistent and extraordinary service and advice, this firm represents clients in the domestic and international insurance industry. Concentrating in the areas of transportation and cargo, life, health and disability, general and complex liability, the firm provides cost-effective resolution to clients' issues.
