The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects. This role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials. Duties:Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and various other commercial contracting and project finance documents.Provide legal advice and support on transactional matters related to energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects.Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactional work and client advisories.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all transactional activities.Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and other relevant engagements. Requirements:4-6 years of transactional experience in relevant sectors (energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure).Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.Excellent writing skills with a high level of attention to detail.Strong academic credentials.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission by reciprocity. Skills:Legal drafting and negotiation.Contract law and project finance.Legal research and analytical skills.Client communication and relationship management.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ethical and professional conduct in legal practice.
