We are seeking an attorney with a preferred 1-2 years of immigration experience including but not limited to family based immigration, consular work, waiver and deportation defense. Strong research, writing and analytical skills a must. Must be ethical and a motivated team player with superior organization ability. We are looking for an ambitious person seeking long-term employment, someone who understands that continued employment is dependent on his or her ability to find ways to be useful, to solve problems, and to demonstrate value to the firm. Our firm engages in hard but rewarding and meaningful work. We resolve complex legal problems and we need someone capable of understanding the factual issues in dispute and resolving those issues in our clients' favor. Bilingual in Spanish required. Experience with case management system strongly preferred.
