Please note that the recruiting and hiring process is coordinated by the human resources department at Compeer Financial, one of our owners.Position Overview: This position services ProPartners Financial's internal and external clients by providing accounting services in an assigned area, to include loans, by analyzing requests and creating accounting system entries using appropriate procedures and accounting principles. Ensures a high degree of accuracy and exceptional service. Serves as a knowledge and technical resource to other team members with regard to accounting processes in assigned area.Essential Functions: * Analyzes and creates accounting system entries using the appropriate procedures and accounting principles for basic to moderate transactions. * Monitors loan exceptions. * Provides technical support for ProPartners Financial team members and/or vendors regarding issues with assigned accounting function (loan or GL clearing account transactions), in accordance with department and organizational policies and procedures. * Works closely with team members to ensure issues are resolved in an accurate and timely manner to minimize potential client concerns. * Verifies transaction entries to ensure accuracy in the accounting system database. * Authors department information on the ProPartners Financial Intranet site.Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Associate's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
