Assistant Construction Site Manager – Norfolk – Excellent package Our client is a regional property developer that has grown extensively over the past 3 years. With a secured project pipeline and sites located in prime locations in Norfolk and Suffolk this is an excellent for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team and assist with the construction of over 250 apartments on 6 sites across our business area. As an assistant site manager you will have a site manager to report to though you will be expected to manage the site during any holidays for the site managers across our sites. The Candidate · The ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 1 year experience in assistant site management. · You will possess a background in delivering residential refurbishments and conversions or have significant other relevant main contractor experiene. · You will be number 2 on site and must be driven to help deliver your projects. You will be able to help manage programmes and be aware of budgets, keeping within the project costs and successfully help lead a site team to deliver a quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. · Strong IT. skills are essential as we have invested heavily in our IT to enable a smooth and time efficient flow of information to and from our sites. Requirements: In order to do this role we would expect you to hold: · A valid 5 day SMSTS, a 3 day First Aid at Work and a CSCS Card· Additional beneficial qualifications (not essential) include Telehandler licence, PASMA TOWER, Scaffolding Inspection, Temporary Works, Asbestos Awareness and Asbestos Management.
