Using your exceptional leadership abilities, you manage staff members through ongoing training, establishing performance guidelines, and providing feedback. You ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed each day by maintaining our food service employee schedules. With your outstanding attention to detail, you monitor and ensure that all health and safety standards are met in accordance with the local health department and state guidelines.
