Assistant Residential Managers Hudson and Germantown, NY What is an Assistant Residential Manager? In conjunction with the Residential Manager, establish and oversee day to day operations of the residential home and ensure delivery of services. Non-Exempt Position Rates of pay: $17.00 per hour with a $2.00 stipend for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday. Germantown : Hours: Mon: 2pm -9pm; Tues: 10am-6pm; Wed: 2pm-9pm; Thurs: 2pm-9pm and Sun: 10a-9p Hudson : Hours: Tuesday 11am - 5pm, Wednesday 3pm - 9pm, Thursday 1pm - 9pm, Friday 1pm - 9pm and Saturday 9am - 9pm. Requirements of the position High School Diploma or GED (now called TASC) Two years' experience working with individuals with disabilities. Exceptional written, communication, and computer skills A valid NYS Driver's license or the ability to convert an out of state license within 90 days. Ability to be certified in all required trainings. Occasionally required to lift to 50 pounds. Preferred one year of supervisory experience.
