Permanent – 40 hours per week We have a new, exciting position for two enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join our team within Lovell’s Midlands region, working from our Quinton, Birmingham office. Joining our commercial team, you’ll help in assisting in the delivery of a variety of schemes / projects, carrying out standard surveying duties, such as measurement and understanding of specifications / building products. Reporting to our Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist in the day to day financial and cost control and reporting of one or more developments from the Award up to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recover/discharge of all retentions and completion of archive material. Candidates will hold a formal qualification such as HNC in a relevant subject, with previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry. Customer focused, with excellent decision making and communication skills, candidates will work well under pressure. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
