We believe in a "win from within" culture! Rentyl Apartments is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Sentosa at Lexington Oaks! Responsibilities: Responsible for collection, posting and depositing of all rental payments. Process evictions on delinquent residents. Post rent collections and contact past-due residents to minimize property delinquencies. Responsible for completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports in an accurate and timely manner Inspect grounds, models and leasing office daily for eye appeal and marketability. Conduct market surveys. Shop competitors. Maintain a constant awareness of neighborhood market conditions. In the absence of the manager ensure that the leasing office is organized and runs smoothly as per company policies and procedures. Clearly and effectively communicate with residents, associates, owners, vendors and supervisors in written and verbal form. Adhere to the company's safety, policies and procedures. Promote safe work practices among on-site staff. Assist Property Manager in effectively responding to residents and promoting resident satisfaction. Achieving occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community which result in new leases Building brand loyalty and reaching resident retention goals by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive Ensuring that the team appropriately represents the Rentyl Apartment brand with a professional appearance Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the Property Manager is not present Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in the property management Excellent management and communication skills Effective administrative and organizational skills Successful time-management skills Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets, and account receivables Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal A sharp professional appearance Proficiency with industry software (OneSite), apps and computer programs Sales aptitude Our Benefits: Rentyl Apartments offers a wide range of insurance options, programs, and benefits that let you and your family be healthy and plan for the future.
