Description:

United Energy Solar is looking to fill a Assistant Project Manager position for our Chicago, IL location. In this role, you will be working with the Operations Team to manager Solar Installation Projects from contract signed all the way to system activation. Our goal is to provide both our customers and installation partners with the best experience with clear and timely communication of the various milestones throughout the process. Project Managers are tasked with keeping projects on schedule by coordinating between multiple departments within the process. Salary Compensation starts at $40,000 / yr + potential to earn bonuses based on projects Benefits Health benefits after 90 days Opportunities for growth Travel opportunities Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule, and confirm appointments between the customers and installation team Update projects as new milestones are achieved Facilitate and follow through on change orders as it pertains to the project Communicate will all parties throughout the process on important events Requirements Associates degree Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Effective decision making skills 2+ years experience with various project management software Competent with Google Workspace Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Hybrid remote in Chicago, IL Job Posted by ApplicantPro
