Applicants must possess a doctorate in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. Duties include:Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in the field of Management; May conduct cutting edge research in the field of Management; Publish in top-tier management journals on topics in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB); May attend and present at conferences across the US and world; Supervise and mentor graduate and undergraduate students; Serve on departmental, college, and university committees UTA is a Carnegie Research-1 highest research activity institution. With a projected global enrollment of close to 57,000, it is one of the largest institutions in the state of Texas. Guided by its Strategic Plan 2020: Bold Solutions/ Global Impact, UTA fosters interdisciplinary research and education within four broad themes: health and the human condition, sustainable urban communities, global environmental impact, and data-driven discovery.
