Assistant Professor of Statistics (Tenure Track) Department of Mathematics St. Edward's University, a nationally ranked, independent Catholic university and Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) invite s applications for a full-time, 9-month , tenure track position as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, beginning August 2023 or later . St. Edward's is characterized by its commitment to the Holy Cross educational mission to educate the hearts and minds of a diverse student body that is deeply committed to social justice. The successful candidate will work to develop and teach courses, maintain a program of scholarly activity that includes mentoring student research, and engage in professional service. They will also work with the Mathematics Department to assist with the development and launch of a new degree in data science. The typical teaching load is four courses per semester with opportunities for reassignment for research.
