The Faculty of Health Sciences invites applications, from qualified individuals, for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in its Nursing program. This position is subject to budgetary approval, and would start on July 1, 2024, or as soon as it is filled. The successful candidate must hold an undergraduate degree in Nursing [BSc N] and will hold a Ph D (or equivalent) in Nursing or in a relevant health sciences field. As well, applicants for this position must be Registered Nurses (in the Regular or Extended class) and hold and maintain current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, entitling them to practice, with no restrictions. The preferred candidate will have the capacity to teach in one or more of the following related domains: Mental Health Nursing, Acute and Chronic Care Nursing (e. g. medical-surgical nursing, health backssment, acute care, clinically-related.
