Job Description Assistant Operations Specialist - New York, NYADM Investor Services, Inc.This is a full-time positionPosition Summary:The Customer Service Associate will support the operations team with day to day operation, such as allocations, trade transfers, responding to customer inquiries etc. Candidate should have a proactive approach, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges and growth.Job Responsibilities:Support key administrative functions for each sales desk Respond to customer inquiriesProvide administrative and project support Daily operations activities, allocations, trade transfers, etc.Lead and collaborate with the operations team on specified projects Job Requirements:A four-year degree in Finance, business administration or related field; GPA of 3.0 or higher Successful completion of introductory courses in Finance, Business or equivalent Commitment to integrity, safety, diversity and equality Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values Languages: English native or fluent Excited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
