Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with Operation Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to help ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our flooring projects, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include tracking all newly awarded flooring jobs, draft material lists for upcoming projects, review handoff folders for colors, finish, submittals, moisture tests and takeoff; track manpower and job planning logistics. Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 per year Benefits Eligible: 65% employer paid health insurance, dental, paid life insurance, paid short & long-term disability, FSA, dependent care benefits, 401k with company match, paid time off and MORE! Qualifications: 2-5 years of previous experience working in the construction field; commercial flooring experience is a plus!
