Busy Physician Practice with office in Bradenton seeks reliable, hardworking Manager. Must be friendly and engaging while welcoming patients and performing front and back office functions. Bilingual Spanish/English helpful. Prior supervisory experience required. Position is responsible for: Cover for Medical Assistants as needed Monitor front desk schedule and ensure it is followed by staff. (i.e. lunch breaks, PTO, and securing floating staff coverage) Ensure front desk staff is keeping logs of no-shows weekly to ensure/confirm no-show billing. Ensure front desk staff is doing day prior appointment reminders Ensure staff is adhering to voicemail check requirements. Reviews required office operational binders to ensure updates are made and included as needed. Complete Final Day Close report including documentation of overall goal and collection summary. Must Possess: Excellent Customer Service Skills/Friendly, positive attitude Ability to work well in a team and show initiative Computer Skills (Experience with EMR/EHR products a Plus) Ability to Multi-Task & function well in a fast-paced environment Job Posted by ApplicantPro
