Requirements: Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing. upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 3 years Clinical experience. 2 years Recent clinical supervisory experience or charge nurse experience. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Nursing must obtain a Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher within 30 months of hire. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at each facility by the most senior administrative nursing leader in consultations with the Human Resource Leader.) upon hire: Certification within area of expertise or practice (Nursing Management, CCRN, CEN, etc.)
