Nacho Mama's is currently hiring for a full-time Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager to help our general manager by overseeing day-to-day operations at our restaurant in Baltimore, MD . This management position earns a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 a year . DAY-TO-DAY This position in the hospitality industry has a schedule that includes both day and night shifts. We provide a very fair schedule with a guaranteed 2 days off each week . As an Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager, you keep our general manager sane by juggling many of the day-to-day tasks that go along with working in the hospitality industry. Our general manager (GM) oversees the operations of two business locations on the same block, so knowing that you're out on the floor taking care of business allows our GM to sleep easily at night! You strike a balance between enforcing procedures and ensuring our work culture remains fun and low-key. As a people person, you have a knack for coaching employees and encouraging them to rise to expectations. You establish solid professional relationships with our staff, and they appreciate how you resolve issues quickly and fairly. In a restaurant that's rocking 7 days a week, you always stay on your toes and make sure the facility is clean, well-stocked, and operating safely.
