ABOUT THE ROLE: This role is responsible for execution activity related to the merchandise planning and mapping of Sephora Canada stores, as well as the coordinated database used by downstream partners for collateral purchasing and assortment management. This role will support the highly cross-functional retrofit and enhancement processes for a portion of the Sephora Canada fleet to ensure stores meet sales objectives and complete on time and on budget. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support the process of gathering and implementing merchant strategies and field requests on store maps, effectively rebranding stores twice per year to infuse newness and drive sales. Support the complex process of planning and driving multiple store enhancements across unique timelines and with varying scope. Complete the master process timeline and be accountable for all team deliverables. Maintain master databases of all branded and animated space by store and fixture for a portion of stores within the Sephora Canada fleet. Build new assortments and maintain inventory start and stop dates for existing assortments (brand level), as impacted by retrofits and enhancement projects. Partner with RD’s and DM’s to lead field requests (where feasible) and align on final maps. Build deep regional knowledge of managed stores.
