Primary Responsibilities: Assist with the maintenance and repairs of building and grounds. Assist with emergency preparedness and situations involving mandatory evacuations. Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws Construction experience in coordinating building repairs.
