Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church is located in beautiful Washington Missouri. We are a growing faith community of 1000 families with a full:time parish school of over 400 children from age 3 to eight grade. Job Summary Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School in Washington Missouri is looking for an Assistant Foodservice Manager to help order, prepare, serve, and clean for school lunches. Our school lunch program serves around three hundred delicious and nutritious meals a day. The job is 6 to 7 hours a day five days a week during the school year and is eligible for health insurance benefits. Job Responsibilities:Work with Foodservice Manager to assist in running the school lunch program.:Prepare and serve nutritious meals to students and staff according to the school menu.:Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, slicers, and dishwashers, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.:Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, serving areas, and dining spaces, adhering to health and safety standards.:Assist in managinginventory, including receiving food deliveries, organizing storage areas, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.:Assist in menu planning and the development of new recipes that meet dietary restrictions and preferences.:Engage with students and staff in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any meal:related concerns.
