Are you a passionate Food & Beverage professional and seeking the opportunity to be part of Service beyond culture? Job responsibilities: Providing culinary experience to our guests and residents as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond. Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. Responsible for all Front of the House Outlets: Rustica(s), Stoney's Bar and Grill, The Patio, The Market, The Golf Course Snack Bar, and over 100 Golf Events, Meetings and Weddings. Primary focus on leading, planning, and executing banquet operations. Exceeding customer expectations by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building a relationship with customers and residents. Maintaining operations by implementing and monitoring policies and standard operating procedures. Work closely with the Sales & Event team and guiding the Front of House Team in executing events. Ensuring all the equipment and work areas are clean, safe to use, and properly working. Monitoring staff performance and provide coaching, training or mentorship as required. Providing solutions to the guest complaints, ensuring guests are satisfied and sharing guest concerns & feedback with the Food and Beverage Manager.
