Weatherwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing What you get from us as a n Assistant Director of Nursing Starting rates based on experience Sign on bonus Daily Pay Option from your first day of employment Excellent, low cost benefit plans with eligibility starting the 1st of the month after hire date PTO and sick time Tuition reimbursement Seven (7) Paid Holidays 401K Career Advancement Opportunities What will you do as a n Assistant Director of Nursing Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department, in accordance with company policy and all appropriate regulations. Participate in facility surveys/inspections from regulatory agencies as requested by the administrator or director of nursing. Work with the QA Nurse to aide in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility quality assurance program for the nursing department. Assist with developing, implementing and periodically updating resident written discharge plans. Performance of administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary throughout the day. What you need as a n Assistant Director of Nursing Licensed as an RN Previous experience in a long term care facility Previous nurse supervisor experience About our parent company Guardian Healthcare Guardian Healthcare is both our name and our philosophy.
