Your opportunity: The Office of the Registrar and Academic Services provides timely, high-quality, accurate and efficient information and service to all Rotman masters and diploma level program students, faculty, Academic Program Directors, Managing Directors and the Dean’s Office. Responsible for the management of all processes to move students through their academic program, the Office espouses the values of the Rotman culture, provides an inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and visitors and ensures access to resources and support for timely graduation. As the steward of important and highly-confidential information, the Office of the Registrar practices a high level of ethical behaviour and ensures the protection, privacy and security of student records. Assistant Director, Academic Services is the supervisor of the Academic Services team and oversees the test and exam administration for approximately 1500 registered students in the masters and diploma level programs. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing testing and exam activities and related processes Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance Planning components.
