Role: Assistant Commercial Manager Location: Flexible, hybrid working (Offices in Harwell Oxfordshire, London, Glasgow, Manchester & Bristol + home working) Role ID: 2023-2000 Our vision is to create a safe and sustainable world. We are looking for an Assistant Commercial Manager to join our team of sell-side contract management professionals. As Assistant Commercial Manager you would be responsible for giving advice on all legal, contractual, risk and business decisions. As well as supporting the business to win successful contracts on appropriate contract terms with clients as diverse as the European Commission, BEIS, NEOM, Thames Water and Coca Cola. This role would be suitable for you if: You’re looking for a legal assistant role with the opportunity to progress. You have some working knowledge or academic background in commercial contract law. Proficient levels of written, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience and qualifications are not required for this role, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training including membership and certification with the World Commerce and Contracting association.
