If you are looking for a long term career with growth potential and advancement opportunity we have positions available in all divisions of our company.DUTIES: Visualize and implement the Clyde Companies, Inc. vision and core values. Operate heavy equipment, specifically asphalt roller, productively, efficiently, and safely. Work with screed man and foreman to complete a quality project meeting compaction requirements Assist in cleaning out paver Grease, oil, and performs minor repairs on equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools. Direct and teach laborers/operators as assigned Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Understanding of paving procedures. Experience rolling different types of asphalt mix including UDOT or state mixes. Ability to work long hours (10-14 hour days) in summer and winter conditions and move at least 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
